Chicken Noodle Soup…

I wanted to give it a go on Saturday, but the Mrs. wasn’t hungry for it. I still have a hankering, so I’m giving it a go at the “Man House” - while working from home

I took a shortcut and bought two rotisserie chickens. After peeling the meat, I’m simmering the carcasses to add flavor to the stock. Trying to make a “Dark” version of the stock…

Chicken, onions, celery, carrots, etc. ready to go

Stock turned out well…

Softening the onions…

Came together just in time for lunch. Pretty tasty. I have about a gallon of leftovers

That looks awesome!
I plan to make turkey barley soup tomorrow.
