Culinary Adventure #31

It’s June and it’s 90 degrees. The DIL is in town on business and we’re getting together for dinner. She wanted something home cooked instead of going out, so my award-winning chicken and noodles

Cooked a whole chicken (and a couple of legs) yesterday, pulled the meat and reserved the juices. The liquid is on the stove now and I’ll use it to cook the noodles (Reames frozen egg noodles) and then put it all together.

We also have fresh baked bread and homemade brownies and apple crumble (the Mrs. does the deserts).

Noodles be simmering…
