I'm playing with this thing with the presence almost on 10 (wish it went to 11 Nigel style). Is there anything diff about these amps compared to the RM100? My JCM800 on 6 is plenty of presence. You've had your hands inside one or two of these for Mr. Lynch I'm sure. Where is his presence when he plays? Do you change the presence cap on his amps? I haven't taken this thing out and had a look at the guts yet but to me it is inherently a "dark" amp and there is no reason it should be.
