Thanks you for taking the time to reply. I know you are
a very busy man. I think that you will see that there would
be a very large market for a simple Diezel amp for say
around $1000 to $1200 if that were possible. Companies
like Blackstar are cleaning up with their 5-20 watt high
gain heads. People would be jumping over each other
to get a simple Diezel for a reduced price... Also I think
you would find that the added exposure to the market
and the added revenue would justify adding a person
or two to the staff.
Here is my suggestion.. a simple 20 to 30 watt single channel amp with perhaps a mode switch (vintage / modern) and a -10db loop for pedals.. I added the request for a mode switch so that it could cover more tonal ground in a single channel..
It could also serve as an entry level amp for people to upgrade later to a big brother Diezel amp like the Herbert.. I use the smaller amp until I have saved enough for the bigger amp, but I still have the Diezel tone while I am waiting, and the smaller one inspires me to continue saving for the bigger amp.. With a simple and less expensive entry amp you could reach a larger market and gain more people who will only want to use your amps because they have experienced them..
Just think about it..
