DHL europe and mail box problem, help

i bought an ENGL amp in Germany thru ebay and shipped to a mail box(eshopex) in Spain since im in Chile, i always bough amps that way but usually in USA

well, acording to DHL the amp was delivered 6 days ago but the mailbox says the dont have the amp

its posible those guys at DHL left the amp at a wrong address? this is the first time this happend to me and not sure what to do, damn

i used paypal and the signature its not clear for the guys in Spain, they want a bigger clearer picture, i hope DHL can provide that

the problem it that i wanted that amp for years and its a very rare beast
