I had yet another great customer service based chat with Peter Diezel today. It never ceases to amaze me the one on one help offered each time.

This is one of the reasons i am buying a diezel this year.
I live in Europe and if something happened to my amp I know Peter and his team is there to help out.

Damn right!! I have owned 4 Diezels in the past.
Bought a Herbert new from a store on line.
Came in with the fuse holder destroyed in the Amp.
Contacted Peter via Rig Talk. He wrote me back asked my address

4 days later this little packet arrived at my home from Germany.
Pops sent me 3 replacement fuse holders.
How kick ass is that?
And to Pops...??
Still owe you a bottle of Jack Daniels.

I've owned many Diezels and will always own one as long as I'm playing guitar.

Dude I dont even want to give away what things peter has sent me, but basically no matter what it was ever, it just showed up a week later. ? unbelievable.

That's freaking awesome to hear because customer service as a whole is dead in this day and age. Don't get me wrong, there are some businesses out there that offer a really great experience, but relative to the bazillion companies out there selling shit, I feel its few and far between those who offer exceptional service or that even act like they give a shit after you make a purchase.
