Differences between Diezel VH4 and Diezel Einstein amps

I have just sold my Herbert and planning to get a VH4 or Einstein.

I need your comments here... I am a fan of 80's rock music & metal (from Megadeth to Nevermore). I do play heavy modern rhythm like Fear Factory too... but I play solos more than rhythm though. I am a big fan of Marty Friedman

I previously owned ENGL Invader, ENGL SE 6L6, ENGL Powerball, Herbert and Krankenstein. I sold all these amps because they always have too much treble and compressed metallic sounds when soloing. I always want an organic amp....

The last amp I still keep is my Soldano SLO100. Now I am searching for my next second amp.

So here are my questions for VH4 & Einstein:

1. Which amp is more comfortable for soloing?
2. Which amp is more organic?
3. Which one sounds closer to my Soldano SLO100?
4. Which amp has more brown sound?
5. Which amp has better clean sound?

I guess Einstein sounds more bluesy than VH4, since it has a Texas mode (correct me if I am wrong).

For now I prefer Einstein, but also considering VH4... so my decision will be depend on your comments too!

In all honesty, maybe Diezel isn't what you should be looking at if you want the "brown sound," "organic" and "close to an SLO."

The VH4, Herbert and Einstein are all highly compressed amps in comparison to Marshall or Soldano. You might be better off with a cranked Superbass or Superlead...

The Herbert with the Mid-Cut off is brown as hell on Ch. 2+ and Ch. 3 is way smoother. Everyone's addiction to the Mid-Cut makes them
forget to turn it off. The Einstein feels very, very organic, but the VH4 has many more upfront options in gain levels, compression and if dialed in right can sound
very organic.

Hmm I don´t think that the Herbert has too much treble... Perhaps you should think about the Cab/Speakers you are using?

It's a long way from 180W to 30W but if you are looking for an organic, natural sounding amp with a beautiful cleanchannel and a nice sologain (which cleans off nicely) the schmidt would be a perfect match. You should try one.

Maybe not the right thing for fear factory and I don't know, how close it is to a SLO but maybe this helps:

While that sounds good, it's still a far cry from "organic" or the "brown sound." Diezels, in general, are very compressed, hi-fi sounding amps. When someone says "organic" I think of a cranked Plexi or Superlead. I'm not bashing Diezel, here. I like the way Diezel amps sound. But, even a Bogner would be closer to what the OP is looking for than a Diezel from what he described.
