Digitech iStomp - MF blowing them out @ $39.99

Got to run it through the Roadster last night & it sounded pretty good, especially for only $39! Ordered another one, that will make three. Like Brad said, will make a nice little grab & go board.

I may have to pick one up since the price is right and most of the pedal apps are free to load in. How is the bypass, I didn't see what the bypass was listed.

ALL the pedals, but one, are free. The Impossible pedal (the non-free one) sounds dumb anyway.

It's safe to say it's buffered pedal. I notice no change in tone with the pedal in my signal.

Just ordered another one... screw it.

Ok. Got it in the mail. This thing is killer. Haven't used it in a band sit yet but in my little practice rig it sounds great! As good as anything else.

I just ordered one. I am excited. Long had some pedal holes in my collection, for example, I don't have a flanger, now when I want one I have this. I hope it interfaces well with my Ipad3 IoS7.

I already like the Lexicon reverb more than my old Hall of Fame.
I dig the CE-2 as well. Sounds lush.

ok, I'm hitting FAIL at every turn. I have a 4G running 6 something, no good, upgraded to the latest 7. FAIL
My old 3Gs are 4.2 FAIL
People who are getting it to work, please tell me your phone and ios
I'm due for a new phone, but the 5G will need a connector to make it work ?
This is actually why I hesitated on this deal, getting a $40 pedal turns into a pedalboard, power supply, new iphone, new cable....uggg I may just stick with the default red overdrive Or find a friend and get that Lexicon reverb in there
Too bad, those other pedal samples sound like so much fun

My wife has an ipad and a 5G, but that's not a great option + I suppose I need the Apple cable (?)

You have downloaded the stomp store right? From there you download the pedal of choice and then install it. Just need the included cable (goes from your iPhone to the iStomp).

If you wanted to use your iPhone 5 you would indeed need an adapter.

Yes, I have the stomp store APP. The included cable isn't responding, giving me the NOT connected sign- a problem that is occurring to others on that other thread someone linked here earlier

The power supply part is my own bellyaching, I have an skb pedalboard but it's huge and I was trying to phase out my pedals FAIL, lol

I use my iPad3, because I don't have an adapter for My iPhone 5 yet. iOS 7.0.4 on both.

The cable is bit wonky. I really gotta make sure its in there on the iDevice side and try not to move it much.

Well I hooked up my 2 amps (Rhodes Recto & Fortin 2466) using the stereo outs on the default Red Overdrive. It needed this on one amp to kill the line buzz:

Such a great piece this hum x, I even needed when I had my mw1. But it totally solves the buzz issue!

Ok, it sounded insanely good Each amp presented damn near close as if it were just a one amp setup.

Back to my stomp issue...If I get this apple cord, should I expect it would work on my (wife's) 5g phone and ipad:

I have that adapter…I should have my istomp in a few days and can let you know.

cool....BTW, the red overdrive is a decent OD. I could totally use that for my clean/slight gain boost that I like to do

update: I upgraded to a 5s today, grabbed an adapter and it works!
I was about to go all glowing, but while a bunch of "pedals" sounded awesome, a few had an error during loading...I'll try again later....
That 30 second wait time doesn't sound like much but it is an annoyance
Overall I'm super impressed, love the clean boost and the ability to crank 2 amps through the 2 outputs- it sounds insanely good!
So, even with all my bellyaching and issues I may grab 1 or 2 more

I've got two of the iStomps and have been keeping one up front and one in the loop. One cool thing is I can make instant A/B comparisons of the same pedal in the loop or in front.
