Dimarzio Pickup suggestions for EBMM JP15

Just picked up a JP15. I'm not a big fan of the Illuminator pickups. Seems quite bland and have some odd frequencies.

Unfortunately, these pickups are built custom fields r these guitars with a quick connect system similar to emgs. So, I'm kinda of stuck using Dimarzio's.

Dimarzio will add this quick connect system for anyone of their pickups. Never spent much time with Dimarzio pickups.

I was looking for some suggestions from users that could guide to what I might looking for.

What I'm looking for :

Rich growly mid range, full firm lowend, sweetened high end with clarity and articulation. I typically shoot for hot paf type pickups.

Woods I'm dealing with. Mahogany body, maple top and neck with an ebony fret board.

How about the Fortitude?

I've also heard good things about that pickup from lamb of God guitarist. I think its called the Dominion. I think its supposed to be in the hot PAF(ish) zone.
