Dude is a machine.... that right hand of his is just rediculous. Fear Factory with him are one of my all-time favorites.... Loved Divine Heresy too.

Yeah he is bad ass for sure just picked up the new fear factory today its pretty bad ass so far.

yeah, I'm just now giving it a listen.... The song "The Industrialist" is badass.

Yup. Probably my biggest influence in terms of playing and tone....

Honestly I don't like his tone or anything he's done since Demanufacture. That album is one of my all time faves though. Obsolete was ok, but I've found everything else after that to be extremely "meh". New FF just isn't doing it for me either. They need Raymond Herrera back IMO.

The jam session vid is the shit, man Dino is a fucking machine and the drummer is smoking.

Bad ass!

Been to a lot of FF, Devine Heresy shows and i`ve been a huge fan since the demo to Soul Of A New Machine. He has influenced me as a player tremendously, even his tones creep in my go to amp tweaks. I`m always thinking of him while tweaking my amps.

I like everything he`s put on tape. The last one is damn good too. Police state 2000 had a great effect on me, just listen to the guitar tone on the first riff........

He`s up there with Dimebag,Hetfield,King,Ian,Holt,Peterson,Skolnick,Schuldiner and all the trashers i admired in my life.

Not as much of a fan of FF but not because of Dino - any riff he puts down on tape is damn good. Overall Divine Heresy has the most effect on me - i can go months with that CD on repeat

+1 to being right up there with dimebag - eventually ill sit down and start learning a few pieces.

Haven't been much into FF, but I saw DH a few years ago.
All I remember was the horrid tone Dino had at that show. He was driving those V30 loaded Randall cabs so hard that the cone breakup sounded like the audio equivalent of day old oatmeal.
Dino is a great guy though and can always be seen mixing it up in the crowd before and after the show. A great metal ambassador for sure.

I saw FF a few weeks ago on Cinco De Mayo and it was awesome! Dino is badass! I like Demanufacture and Mechanize the best, but I should pick up their new album while I'm out today.

He's one of the reasons I picked up the guitar in the first place, and their former drummer, Raymond Herrera, is the reason I took up drumming!

+1

Excellent playing on everything he touches, and one of my favorite tones of all time on Demanufacture!

I really dig the new album. This is a nice change. Feels like what Digimortal should have sounded like. That is, The Industrialist sounds like a nice progression from Obsolete.

Love his playing. He is a badass. Just not sure how he gets his recorded tones. they get a great guitar tone on record with that first video.
He is using Line 6 stuff. Vetta II head on that first video (Powershifter) and the new album Industrialist is a POD HD PRO.

I read he's the line 6 stuff with Fear Factory cause it sounds "digital" with Divine Heresy it was Marshall & 5150.

Yeah, I was reading that recently also. He said the digital sound of Line 6 just works with Fear Factory. I agree about DH also.

I know he used a Dual Recto with Brujeria. I am not sure about with Asesino.

I`m in my big boating season and don`t have the time right now, it`s crazy.

Maybe when i get my new Peters triple i`ll do a nice little vid.
