So what style do you practice? I did ITF TKD, Hawaiian Jiu Jitsu, and BJJ. My kids are doing WTF TKD right now before we move them to BJJ.

You didn't ask me what style, you were asking about why I used Yin-Yang when you are using Um-Yang.
I answered that it's the same phrase just in two different languages.

I told you months ago I loosely studied a bit of what was at the time simply called MMA.
Equal parts Severn's wrestling mixed with Gracie's BJJ once a fight went to the ground.
