That's exactly why I sold my Fryette gear. They're service sucks bad bad bad. Just curious, did anyone get their gpdi? He was promising a xmas delivery after all his silence. I bet no one has it yet. Since, I've switched to Engl and have had great service, despite rumors. Strymon is excellent too.

Now, haven't gotten the gpdi yet. There's no ETA.

Sometimes fryette is very responsive, sometimes not. Follow thru on anything for me has not ever happened. Really doesn't inspire confidence but I can't argue with the amps' quality. I have a local tech who works on them for me.

I had an excellent experience with Fryette. It was a pretty simple issue, but they handled it incredibly professionally, and when I offered to cover shipping they told me not to worry about it.

I've had great experiences - obviously with Scott Splawn because I've used Splawn amps for over 10 yrs, Peavey (Steve Smith), EBMM (A.J.), and Fender EVH (Howard Kaplan)....Oh and Mesa was always good to deal with

Any Marshall amp...forget about it
TC Electronic....forget about it

I forget some others

+1 on Splawn, Mesa, and definitely Peavey. I've called all of them at some point or another over the years and always willing to answer questions. Never ignored. Is why I own and play Splawn, Mesa, and Peavey hardware.
