Joking aside (but not really) I was having a conversation with a MAGA Doomer coworker. Wasn't about politics, but as you know any good MAGA must inject politics into every conversation possible ?‍♂️:ROFLMAO: Anyhow we were talking about A/C, and how men are usually hot-natured, and women are usually cold AF, needing heaters under their desks, etc..

Then he said, I've been conditioning myself to survive without A/C, driving with my windows down in 100+ degree heat. I said wait WTH? Why?

He said things are going to get sooooo bad under Biden we wont have A/C :hys::ROFLMAO:?

Why the FUCK DO YOU MAGAs WATCH THIS SHIT? Do you like living in a constant state of fear, and doom?

I had a ex-business partner that deteriorated on his recliner watching all the FOX DOOM shit during Obama ?‍♂️:hys:WTF Guys!

I find this goes both ways and not just a MAGA thing. The doom and gloomers on the climate side and those who revert to the extremist, racist, Nazi, fascist labels are equally as programmed. These people on both sides are incapable of differentiating the social media world from the real world. The useful idiots are plentiful across the entire political spectrum. You and I have hung out several times and got along just fine with many things in common, while not being bogged down with political banter.
 
Well, they all supposedly, already read and live by the ultimate doom'n'gloom guidebook, the Holy Bible.

Agree. But I don't experience the Doom nearly as much from the lefties I know. I would say it could be where we live, but I think I know as much lefties, as I know righties.

Could also be the lefties I know don't really talk about politics in general conversation.

Yeah I dont think it has ever come up with us. If we were to sit and talk about it, we would probably agree on more than not.

I almost moved there once because a company I was doing remote work for asked me to come on full time. Glad I didn't :ROFLMAO:

I think we’re all opinionated. Life is complicated and the reasons for our differences are often complicated, certainly not single dimensional or have solutions that can be fixed by voting or reposting memes in a social media profile. Things need to change organically.

Yeah, I heard. My nephew was stationed there for a bit. I think he liked it.

We wanted to send my wife's mother back to Japan, but her health deteriorated so quickly, she would not have made the flight. Being on dialysis.
 
Is Climate change considered part of the "doomers"? ??

Also, to not know any better than to drink the network kool-aid is extremely naive. Your father figure may have been easily duped.
