11-56 NYXL is what I would use. Or 12-60 NYXL if you like a tighter feel.

I use those 11-56's as well, and that's what I recommend. But the tension on those 11-56's is kind of a hybrid set where the higher strings are somewhat close to 10's in E, and the wound strings are close to 11's in E.

I always find the lighter strings sound better as long as the tension feels ok to you.
