Thanks . Ya I def think we would get along man . I love RT . That’s why I made this thread . I get trolls and hate daily on YouTube . Some really bad . But once he stated calling out RT people for no reason I was like wth . But once I realized it was him it was more funny lol

Welcome to the World of Celebrities. :D One does not delete Shitstorms, even if the Storm is from a single Person. :D
True . And I usually don’t . It was saying no one here can play and we all the exact same thing . That’s all untrue af . Trash me not RT
SHIT that’s my new motto lol jk

Well, spending $7000 on an amp and not having $70 (0,1%) for a mic is a bit odd.
i would never post a iphone clip. they always sound like shit to me. Lot's of additional clipping and weird EQ. what should that even tell us???
Some of the best guitar channels on YouTube are pretty much exclusively iPhone clips. There are plenty with more pro sounding audio as well.

Tech, just get a better camera. Get something made for high quality audio/vid, the Zoom units used to be good for 4k, not sure what's out there now.

Some people, like myself, don’t give a fuck about recording… so I’m not gonna bother investing the time to learn how to do it. I’d rather just play. Whether some internet rando gets to hear it as a mic’d up clip or iPhone recording generally isn’t something I’m gonna lose sleep over.
To each his own. Don't know why you are telling this to me.

You need to get a setup more than anyone here. That stereo you are doing would probably kill any other tone here on rig-talk.

To be fair though, you don't make outrageous retard dipshit claims, and then refuse to make close miced clips to back them up

Such as "Rectifiers and Diezels don't need a boost, you just don't have a good enough right hand" and "JCM900s kill 2203s and Superleads"

I personally find it weird that people feel that just because they own a nice amp, they need to buy a microphone for the sake of other people on a forum- they buy the amp for themselves and not someone else, so why should they have to pay for a mic for someone else?

I think the disconnect is people are making a clip for others. Others want a clip that sounds better

Reza posted that he’d send me an SM57 on one of my YouTube videos. He never followed up… typical. Lol

“You did something nice and made a video for someone, but didnt pay money when you did it so it doesn’t count”- that’s a pretty entitled take imo

Maybe so. I guess i just look at it as someone wanting to hear an amp they lust over.

It is similar to test driving a porsche and staying under 20 mph. Doesnt give you a great idea of what you are fucking with
