I'd like to see their quality control dept. I've had a lot of their EVH and Axis models and they are so uniformly great. I'd like to see what makes them weed the bad ones out or correct them.

I watched a few EBMM factory tour videos from a few months ago to several years ago. I don't recall which one, but the EBMM "tour guide" stated everyone in the build process from start to finish is responsible for QC, and then it's checked at the very end to match the required specs for the specific model before it goes into its' case and shipping box.

Each worker is supposed to check everything they receive from the prior step first, before they start their step of the process. If they find something wrong, they send it back to get it fixed.
