What I don't think Edwards get right is the spacing between the bridge and the bridge pickup. I don't think many copies do, Epiphone included. But I find that's a crucial part of the Les Paul bite.
I pulled the trigger five years ago or so on a natural mahogany colored one. I really like it. It’s definitely on the lighter side. I have to compare it with a Gibson but I’m thinking the bodies a hair thinner.could be the lack of paint too. Anyways it’s a keeper.i wanted one of these forever, should have grabbed one years ago

Maybe I got lucky, but my Edward's is fuckin' magic. Grunt and snarls as well or better than any singlecut I've ever played.I’m really curious if there was a difference in their production of these. I’ve never played a single Epiphone or LTD that was even close to the quality of the 2022 Edwards I have. @Warmart has some Gibsons as well as an Edwards, what’s your take?
