You don't need balanced cables, I'm 99.99% sure that no Diezel amp has balanced I/Os.
My rule is to get good cables for serial connections (at least as good as your guitar to amp cable), and eventually make some economy on the parallel loop's cable. It depends anyhow of what kind of loop you use, the quantity and length of cable needed.
As for brands... Cordial has quite a good bang for the buck, they come with Neutrick connectors. It has been my main cable for years. I also use some Lava Mini ELC for effects that stay on the top of the amp and are not serially connected (tuner out, parallel loop), those are remains of my old pedalboard. Except that I'm 100% Vovox Sonorus, inclusive for the serial effect loop. They are very expensive and overkill, but I had a GREAT deal on them, I would never have bought them full price.
