You can buy one directly from Fryette in a kit or have them install one.

There is a lot of variations in the quality of loops. I would absolutely get one from Fryette if it was me.

The D60 I bought a while back had one installed by the guys at Fryette. Don't know what this amp sounded like before the loop, but sure do like the way the amp sounds with my eq in there.

I did it. Fryette gives you a template for drilling the holes. However, I was still a bit off but not by much as the screw heads covered up the holes. Unless you're the kind of guy that has the tools and can do things mechanical, I'd have the Factory do it.

I would get the Fryette loop since it comes with instructions and your local tech can put it in. If you go with a Metro etc. even though they work great your tech will have to figure out where it goes in the circuit sans schematic since Fryette won't release one. Their kit isn't much more than the metro etc. and is designed for the amp, worth doing.

Good to know guys thanks! Didn't know Fryette offered it as a kit.

What are the switches on the loop for?

Bottom switch is loop on/off. Top switch is line level/effects level. I installed the loop in my amp a couple of months ago. Totally worth it, any COMPETENT tech should have no problem with it. Drill a couple of holes, solder some wires, test, done. Wiring diagram included, and the wires are already the correct length.

Awesome will def get the Fryette kit when I get to it. My local guys pretty solid. Be nice to see if he could do the on/off with a footswitch jack. Thanks for the info.
