Einey compensated out ?

I know this is blasphamous but I've been running my Einy comp out into clean front end of my old Boogie.Running the 2 in stereo makes for a huge sound.LoL Boogie never sounded so good.I hate to sound old school but it's frigin early Eddie to the 9's.Pappa was just curious if this will mess with my Einy,I'm running it through another cab at same time ?

Hey Subzero.

The Einy compensated out is a one way street from the amp so to speak. Whatever you plug it into won't affect the Einster, as long as its not sending anything back to the amp. You wouldn't want to plug it into a speaker output on another amp, but you know this right?

Ref ext cab use, as long as your impedance matches what you are connected to, no issues there either.

The compensated out is not affected by the speaker outputs and vice versa.

I am surprised it sounds good though? The compensated out should be a line level signal, in theory to get this to work well with your boogie you would plug it into the effects return and bypass the boogie preamp?

Still. You know the old rule? If it sounds good, it is good. With an clause added in this case, as long as it doesn't break you amp!!!!

I do the same thing at larger venues when I need to run stereo! Comp out into a MK III's front end. I have also ran the 'stereo out' of my delay pedal in the loop of the Einstein into the front end of the MK III.
