I still suspect switch. with the toggle in the bridge position, check continuity between the bridge pot center lug and the tip of a cable plugged into you output jack .

Could it be as he later posted that NONE of his EMG Guitars have 25K Pots installed in them.

It’s fixed. The wire from the toggle came loose. Works great now and sounds fine.
