I switched to Eminence a few years ago...got tired of the V30 sizzle and T75 scoop..I have Legend V12s in a 2x12 and a 4x12 and Texas Heat/Manowar in x pattern in another 4x12. I also used a Governor..
The Legends are a bit darker, but still have plenty of definition..they work best for me with my rack..they are more neutral sounding and let your gear provide the tone..120 watts is plenty of power. Kinda like a K100 but warmer.
The Texas Heat is really nice for cleans and will give your tone some girth...not flabby at all and at 150 watts will leave plenty of headroom for opening up an amp....has a bitd of an upper mid dip but still a nice full range tone.
The Manowar is a better T75...less scoop but has a notched tone as well. Plenty of power at 120 watts.
The Governor is a warmer more notched V30 variation...seems to have more range overall.
The Eminence line has something for everyone...they all do have some notched tone though..you just have to find which has the tone that voices what you hear in your head. There is a fantastic vid on you tube that demos a lot of the Eminence line in a metal format...both in the mix and solo...you really hear the notch that defines the tonality of each.
