ENGL e670 SE problem. Help.

1-thats normal for many multi channel amps with loop. But whats the problem with that? Just turn down the vol of your axe.
2-probably your midi cable just has three wires inside (for midi) and two wires are missing. Pretty normal for many cheaper brands unfortunately.

My SE has the Volume characteristic. Can't help with the midi.

They told it is a 3 pin hot, is it the problem?

yes. You need a "5 PIN hot" cable.

I have no problem with turning down the guitar volume , I am just a little nervous because I use to have another e670 and can't remember if it is normal and occur the my old one.
