ENGL Screamer reverb problem

Hey guys
I have a problem with reverb in my Screamer combo. Sometimes it works properly, but some other time it doesn't work almost at all (is barely audible at maximum) . I have checked cable and it seems to be good. What else could be a reason?

If you don't have any luck here, you may try contacting ESP support. It doesn't look like they've integrated Engl into the support side of their site yet, though, so you may have to be persistent. If time's an issue, you could try contacting Velvet Distribution, Engl's previous distributor. They seem to be pretty helpful.
