Sale or Trade ESP LTD EXP-200 - Made in Japan 1 of 300

Price

$2,500

Up for sale is my 1 of 300, Japanese ESP LTD EXP-200. These were only made in Japan for a single year in 1997, and this one is really just a full-blown ESP with LTD on the headstock. Loaded with an EMG 81/85 set this thing sounds enormous, and it was professionally re-fretted at East Side Guitar Repair in Portland, OR (they've done work for Paul Gilbert and a bunch of other heavy hitters). It now plays better than when it came from the factory. It has a few bumps and scrapes as would be expected for a nearly 30 year old guitar, but this is a great way to get your Metallica fix for a fraction of the price of an ESP branded version (they're going for north of 10k these days). The guitar comes with the original LTD hardshell case and the original pickups. Message me with any questions. $2,500 firm. Open to shipping at buyer's expense. Located in the Hudson Valley in New York.

A clip of it in action. Plugged straight into a Boogie Mark IV.
