Hi! I think i will sell the Diezel and the Mesa again and keep the EVH and the Marshall...and buy a Motorcycle, or anything else :) lol
Everything is recorded with the Grossmann SG-Box/Vintage 30/Sm57/e906. What do you think? Best Regards, Simon

Marshall and buy the motorcycle... without question. What type bike?

:) I'm not sure, yet...
Propably something like this (but used, of course):

A motorcycle will get you killed...and selling the Diezel will kill your tone.

Sounds like you need to keep the Diezel  and Marshall to me.

Judging from your clip, the Diezel and EVH slayed! Keepers!
sell the marshall and the Mesa.

Order of preference on that clip-

1. Diezel
2. EVH
3. Marshall
4. Mesa

I like your decision. You just can't argue with the value and tone of the EVH. I think I'm going to get another..the Mesa is 4th imo. The Diezel sounds great but so does the Marshall..and you'll get more for selling the Diezel...therefore buying a better bike!

Mesa sounds like mush compared to the Diezel and the Marshall.
Didn't mind the EVH, but these others sound better to my tired ears.

I need articulation, not mush. And be careful out there, bikes aren't as dangerous as the other drivers :gethim:

I did actually like the Diezel clip the best, then the Marshall, then the Mesa, then the EVH. But why did you EQ the Mesa so dark and it seems like the level is lower on it.

Actually though, with that much gain and for detuned stuff....keep the EVH and sell the rest since with a few EQ tweaks you could probably dial them in close enough for that style of playing.

The Mesa is a bit dark here, yes. I tried to match the levels as good as possible....
I like my Marshall :)

First of all, way too much gain man! It's hard to even make out what your playin, but this might be a stylistic choice so forgive that.

As far as tones, the Diezel is the "clearest" winner here followed by the Marshall, I'm sure there are other settings you could have dialed in with the others to make them perfectly acceptable as well.

As far as the bike, don't do it man. I rode for 150K miles, and then one day I went down. And my left foot has never been the same, I thank God that I didn't lose fingers, or break wrists.

Bikes are awesome fun, but once your broken, your never the same.
Guitars and amps only for me from now on, so much safer and the journey you go on is much more satisfying.
I'm sorry to hear that. I'm not 100% sure about the bike, yet. :) It's just something i could use the money for, instead of the amps. Kind of a pragmatic, swabian decision, so to say :)
Each of these amps is great, of course. It's just a matter of preference. You can nail most of the Diezel sounds with the Marshall and with the EVH, the Mesa stuff. So there would be no need for all of them.

I vote sell the recto no questions + the evh + the marshall= have an amp that has been in every metal heads dreams at least once + a nice bike

i didnt care for the mesa but i liked the other 3.

I cut back on amps and sold off a few guitars recently to help fund my new bike... so much fun!

With my motorcycle I just rode less and less after each close call, until I didn't ride anymore at all because I associated it with death and sold it...I bought a 2010 Tundra with air bags all around, nice stereo/navigation, cup holder...very happy nice riding truck... I'd ride a dirt bike out in the hills, but street bikes no thanks

VH4 for me, it was just more there. Are you clipping the bass?

I used to ride but gave it up. The insurance per year on a sport bike was getting stupid to the point that I could have had a decent amp or guitar every year. These days I'd rather spend time and money on guitar gear than ride on the streets. If you're talking track days then I'd be more inclined, but those are not easy to come by either.
