Dealt with Tony a few times. Cannot say enough good about the customer service he offers himself and through his dealers. A hell of a cool guy also. I have had many high end cables and the Lyric HG+ is one of my favs. A little stiff but the tone and how quiet it is.

Repaired my cable in one day and shipped it back at no charge. The issue with it was caused by me but he doesn't care.
