Well I might have misinterpreted but it appeared you associated sheep shagging with Australians and thought he's Australian even though the sheep thing is associated with New Zealanders and he's a New Zealander. So if we are mixing nationalities up I decided to punish you by calling you a Canadian.
The love letter was quoting what mostly Australians say about New Zealanders and their sheep. I'm not sure how many other countries say it about New Zealanders and if they do, I suspect Australians do it the most.

Ah ok... I thought it might have been directed at Australians... I wasn't quite sure I'll admit. Yes we do the whole New Zealander Sheep Shagging joke thing sometimes. Like the Americans call Canadians Hosers etc carry on about the poutine routine and stir them aboot saying eh...

We don't call Canadians hosers. Hoser is a term Canadians use interchangeably with douchebag. We call Canadians her majesty's subjects.
