He's at least as qualified as Whoopi, Joyless, Hostin, O'Donnell, Fredo Cuomo or his dipshit loser brother, Ralph Maddow, Babs Streisand, et al. And I'm sure he has a much higher IQ than any of those old broads, especially the Cuomo brothers. :dunno:
