Favorite 4x12

Just take the circuit board and the jacks off of the cover plate, install your new jack wired up, and then take one of the old jacks off the old board to use as the dummy jack.
That's what I was hoping I could do but I haven't taken it apart yet. Glad to hear it can be done this way.. thanks!

I tend to rotate. Certain cabs work better with certain amps.

I use a lee jackson ampeg 4x12, it's whooped to shit and beat, I got it in 1997.. but it just sounds amazing, it has 4 old g12-75s.

I had an Orange PPC412 that sounded absolutely massive. Sold it like an idiot because I wondered "What else is out there". Now I wonder who I sold it to so I can buy it back. ☠️

I bought a Hughs and Kettner 4x12 angle cab with made in England greenbacks after it sat at Music Go Round for a year back around 2000-2004, I paid $250!!
The cab is their high end line, gaskets on the handles, back board, and jack plate. I sold the greenback for $500 and put in Scumback M75's. It has been my #1 cab for over 15 years.
