I don't feel like that's a thread derail. I told my wife in all seriousness if I ever play start playing golf or a modeling amp to put a pistol to my head while I'm asleep and pull the trigger.
You need some sort of Fender if you are ever gonna get serious about clean tones and neo soul music. Now, imagine being stuck in a room with nothing but a headless fan fret guitar, a kemper modeling amp, and a set of golf clubs. It'd be almost like hell except you could use the golf clubs to smash the guitar and modeling amp.
The correct answer is Super Twin. If you really need amp reverb, Super Twin Reverb.
I have two, one survived for decades until UPS decided to crack the frame on the way to me a few years ago; but it's working great after replacing the tubes; I plan to get the second one fixed eventually.

I used to make Calloway big Bertha’s when I worked for Ruger in the early 90’s. Actually I did the finishing on some prototypes. I think they said they were $500 without a handle. Never played golf a day in my life.
Both of mine are 2x12 Super Twin; no reverb. I hate reverb, rarely us it.
before shipping:
this is what UPS did.
Super Twin #2 survived shipping but has low volume and hum/buzz. A previous owner added switches to turn sets of power tubes on/off which I didn't know when buying online. I'd like those checked, maybe removed if they fuck with the tone?
