opinions?

I'm talking of course about production stuff. I never really hear about custom stuff, and I don't spend that kind of money anyway

i've played a couple, and i wasn't really interested. they put fat les paul necks on what would otherwise be shred machines...at least, that was the case with the ones i played. they may make a slimmer neck profile, i just haven't seen one.

that actually sounds cool to me.

what models did you play?

Never played any of their guitars, but their basses (the Fender knock-offs) are outstanding.

i don't know...i played a bolt neck strat style with the sustainer, and i played a carved top strat style w/reverse headstock. that's all i got

did they have a floyd? here are the revolver, retrorocket, and dragonfly

I've always wanted one of those..... Looks killer, hows she play?

it's a maple/walnut neckthrough with ash body wings. the neck is rather wide, but not thin - i guess it would make a guy with big hands happy. the tone is rather on the bright side and has that certain "bite" which all ash bodied guitars have imo. oh and it has sustain for years. it's by all means a perfect shredder solo guitar.
i bought it with that EMG 81/SA/SA combo and i'm not sure it's the perfect fit. i was thinking about changing those to some DiMarzios but didn't have the time yet. plus i don't know which exactly...

I have an '85 or so Fernandes prototype of the Brad Gillis signature strat, excellent guitar. Not sure about the new stuff, but I always thought the dragonfly was pretty neat looking.

the bolt neck one had a floyd, but no pickgaurd. it was a used one, so i don't know if they still make that particular model.

the carved top one was a revolver, i think.

they seem like solid guitars to me. not a fan of the necks at all, though.
