In many cases I am happy to get my stuff packed well and not damaged. Man there have been a couple of times where the seller could have kept the power cord, the foot switch, and the tubes and I would have been happy. Plug the amp in and it works for one second and poof Bye Bye OT. Damn Fedex banged it up so much the tube filaments were damaged compromising the tubes. One arcd taking out the OT. Hey, the seller didn't know these amps came overfused from the factory. Not his fault. 8 Amp ceramic slo blo in the mains. Good luck on that claim. Cost me 500+.

So you would rather spend hundreds or maybe even thousands of dollars buying new to make sure you get that precious $5 power cord when you can save that same amount buying like new/ slightly used  Doesn't make sense

The bottom pic is of a IEC female to 3 prong male. The cable is just standard XLR.

I'm guilty of forgetting these damn things when I ship amps. Always send it out priority next day though, so they end up receiving a power cord before the amp

The last amp I bought, the seller didn't include a power cord and I was furious. Until I realized that I bought the amp from a guy in Slovakia and his cable probably won't have done me a damn bit of good anyway.

he was gonna make good said he forgot
I told forget about it I will figure it out as I dont wnat the midi switching so normal xlr will work and I can use my own cords just defeats the fun of getting an amp andsupplying my own cords.. Told him faget about it ill manage..
Im usually a lax dude but lately sellers have been bein lax about stuff..

Im gonna let this die and stop chimming in as I have other stuff to rant about..
But to reply to your post. I spend good money on stuff here and I expect all the cords to come with it and yes a power cord is precious when you have 8 amps and all your spares went to amps people ahave sent w/out a cord and yes I dont want to waste money on cords for an amp I just bought specially a 25 foot good mic cable which costs a lil more than 5 bucks round here. And BTW flame on regardless lol he had same amount of posts you have so go figure ...Learned that lesson.

It happens. It's one thing if the seller forgets and makes good by sending it to you. It's something completely different when they're a dick and tell you it was never meant to be included. Rule of thumb, whenever buying used, make sure to ask if all parts are included.

Yeah dude, there's no excuse for not getting the power cord with an amp unless otherwise advertised. What's next? I bought an amp and the seller shipped it without a the speaker because I didn't ask if the speaker was included?

I mean this sincerely; if you were truly furious about a power cord, you really need to lighten up.

That kind of reaction to minor inconveniences is really fucking bad for your health. Trust me.

I was only mad because its happened in the past. And furious is the wrong word for something that caused me a 15 minute delay while I stopped by Fry's on my way home from work after receiving the amp instead of just going straight home.

I came to this thread late, and it would appear as though everything got squared away...

However, the title of this thread, and the 1st post, just had me wonder if this was a 'bish' moment :student:

Dude we are are here to help. But "ranting is entertainment to some who watch reality TV, however its pointless on a forum I have found. Nobody cares and the people that do care are the ones looking to argue anyways.

It took me 5 mins to look up some pics, read the manual and post the solution for you. You thought you needed a special cord and that's what freaked you out the most. Not knowing how to fix your problem So you come on here and rant while asking for help. Next time save the ranting and just ask for suggestions.
