Filing damage claims through DHL... Any tips?

Just had a Triamp arrive the end of last week. Opened her up today (been too busy at work to get around to unboxing it and such) and I was treated to the headshell being cracked :( and the unhappy sound of something rolling around inside the chassis. :no:

Any tips with filing a claim with DHL? I've kept the packing materials and such.

I hope I'm not sunk! Otherwise I'll have an expensive paper weight that is waaaay too big for my desk.

It's just like filing a claim with any company that offers insurance yet doesn't ever want to pay out.
