Hey there! Nice collection of gear. How do you get on with the StreetRod?

Just ordered a QuickRod but considering the StreetRod or SuperSport for smaller venues/applications.

Hi, thanks a bunch....I LOVE that amp.....best modded marshall tone i've ever heard...feels great to play, yet super articulate.....was the sound i always dreamed about....The clean is not at all as bad as folks claimed, but my pt gets those duties. I want to get another in head form just to ensure I never have to live without it lol....it really is that good, you wont regret that purchase! Hooking it up through the 4x12, i really don't feel i miss a bigger wattage model...it sounds HUGE!...I will be getting the matching 2x12 for it. BTW, i noticed that Splawn 2x12 in your avatar, very nice!....How is that splawn 2x12? I want to get the splawn 2x12 in matching BOA for my Streetrod.

Splawn!! Super Sport is my next Splawn! Welcome to the forum and the family. Now you just need a Diezel.

:) Welcome to the forum .... this place is a little looser than HRI.

Thanks for the welcome all :) In general I feel my tone hunting days are over(that's what they all say right lol), but there's the matter of deciding if creambacks or small blocks(sounds great in the streetrod, so part of me says don't %*$@ with it if it works) will be in the splawn 2x12 i'll be purchasing eventually(never ends lol).....now guitars is a different matter LMAO, can never have too many guitars lol. I'm in the middle of a sustainiac install on my old USA charvel at the moment and it's a total bitch since I'm doing my best going for wiring neatness and exploring all the tonal options of the neck pickup sound.

Again, sincerely appreciate the welcome

Talk about coming in with both guns blazing. Awesome!
