I usually hate big logos and all of my guitar builds have had nothing on the headstock. But I decided to try a waterslide. I don't want to put another mfrs logo on it and don't really want my name on it so I decided to go with a symbol. I contacted a dude on ebay and after a some discussion this is what we came up with. I didn't even notice the two little dots on the edge until this photo and even now can't really see them unaided. The camera has better eyes than me. I'll use my magnifying glass next time.
The black nickel Gotoh 510s look perfect imo.
The full frontal, toan is in the dark rosewood.
Some black Walnut Danish oil for color, then Truoil.
