hmmmm still no tracking numbers

the only one "cursing, yelling, bitching" would appear to be you, but that's easyglpg80":3knix1at said:is like talking to a brick wall.
he thinks everyone is on his side against adam![]()

he thinks he joined to help us from the big bad capitalist america.
common sense goes along way. not only did i have my own business and did very well, i also have 6 years experience in customer service/retail work.
Lee - you - are a complete jackass. i have dealt with your kind many times. you enjoy looking past common sense to reiterate bullshit points of view - either for your own amusement or to extrude points infront of others that dont even matter in the first place.
you have a false reality. no one on this board cares what you think about Adam, or about your $10 in shipping. this is stupid to have 800 replies in a topic that should not even exist in the first place. you remind me of the many customers i had to deal with that enjoyed cursing, yelling, bitching, and making a scene to get their way with no success.
you got a refund, plus the paypal charges, and shipping charges that the business ate for you. nothing in writing said they had to - but he did anyway because that was the decision of the company on behalf of your request. he shipped a block. he's a business - not a 3 posted ebay user. i would gladly take his word for it as others will as well.
yet, you continue to egg this on, and continue to defy his name on a forum because you are still not satisfied??!
"all of this goes away when i get my free block"
you demanding little pussy. buy another block with your refund and fuck off. like others on this board have said - you're opinion is a minority on this topic. Floyd Upgrades as a business has already told you, and quite politely actually, to fuck off with your demanding attitude. Floyd upgrades as a company has also stated you WILL NOT be getting anymore handouts from them after bending backwards to satisfy your childish and downright dissrespectful accusations.

Thanks again to all of my supports and clients! Yes - even the kids!
Let's see if this works:
LEE - resend my your address, I will send you a free block and issue any refunds you feel that you are owed. You want to do this in public, let's continue to do so. NOW - I have not gotten another private email from you with any info. I am doing this to just stop the madness. The net effect will be you getting a block and refund... Also tell me what size and style block you need. Be sure to spec the right block. If you need help with the install - I will be happy to do your install for you as well (also for free) during yor next trip to NY. SO - you get a free block, free install - the only thing left for me to do is to make you an endorser...
PS - Please stop insulting the posters who do not take your side. God forbid someone has their own thoughts...
Have a rockin day all - cheers~
Adam

to back up your claim of already sending TWO replacement blocks.anything

If you haven't actually sent those then you have lied to all of us.
If you have then Jazzer has lied to all of us.
Really easy way to clear up this entire dispute/debate about your customer service once and for all.

Experience talking here.... Get a cheap camera an take photos of everything you ship, takes 3 seconds.
Gives you a chance to visually inspect Everything that leaves the shop just in case somethings amiss AND/OR your customer has OCD issues and/or the block or whatever has a manufacuring flaw that might drive them nuts...
Helps your customers realize it left your shop in perfect condition and that way your customers can work out the potential 'damage' between themselves and the shipping company for damage incurred OUTSIDE your control/shipping dept....(You'd be AMAZED how often the boxes of gear we ship look perfect but the product gets nailed in some way or another...)
The customer puts in a damage claim w/ the shipping company and then you dont have to eat it as often....Everybody wins...
Good Luck!!![]()

it is totally irrelevant to my situation.

Better yet, hire a local news crew to document the entire inspection of each block and the delivery process of each individual order you receive. Provide a DVD to the customer as well as keeping a back-up for your own personal records.

The only problem with this is the shipper in the case of UPS will only talk to the person who shipped the item and not the person on the receiving end it's a real bitch and dicks everything up hard core... just an FYI a few people on here have had stories of this including my self.
