You know whats awesome when I read your posts I hear benders voice because of the avatar haha... This would so be a great bender speech in Futurama!

I think it was mentioned in a previous post that he ships via USPS, so for the sake of things going forward with this particular customer a UPS or FedEx, or USPS certified mail number and tracking would be the way to go imo to prevent further headache for either party. I'm not here to play judge or jury, because I wasn't there so I don't know, but proof would solve this instantly.

This is great! - I will hire a film crew to follow me while I am replacing the "damaged block" that I never saw or got back - issued a refund for - sent replacements for - ANDDDDD - will be sending another block out just to satisfy this guy... I hope that I get to set up his guitar as well!

For those of you who know me or have dealt with me - thanks for sharing! For those who don't - please go to my site and read the reviews left by others.

Also - if you ever want to talk about what really counts (tone) - drop me an email - I am happy to help!

NOTE: I have not received any emails from Lee as of yet. Once I have his info - I will post the customs tracking info here - just to disprove the 1 person out of thousands who can not get satisfaction from me...

ya. Seems strange to send yet another free block, and a refund, when all that would be needed to settle this is a tracking number. I know USPS gives a number, as I try to get every thing shipped to me via them.

Even if you don't have tracking, The USPS receipt shows the destination of the package how else would they know what to charge for shipping??
They ask you the zip code ect.. the computer gives you the price quote and prints that on the receipt with the cost of shipping..
At least that gives you proof of a package being sent...
 
Everything I've ever had shipped to me via USPS has had a number. Although i don't think they call it a "tracking number".
 
All this talk has me wanting to buy one of his brass blocks, I guess not all bad press is bad :D

Having looked at his site a few times in the last couple weeks, Thinking about trying one..
This has me thinking look else where...

Of course I like the idea once I get the block I can complain to him that it didnt show and I can get another one since he keeps no proof of shipping :lol: :LOL:

Lee has sent me his shipping address for the free block.
I replied with my question of: Which block do you want? What is it going on?
Since I have to waste my time defending myself in a public forum, I will make sure those of you playing along at home are kept up to date!

To the guy who is calling me a liar: The original order was not placed through my site. To find his USPS customs tracking number in my file of a couple thousand orders (on postal receipts) would take a very long time (which I am not will to do for a message board) – If I was a scammer – this board would be filled with guys saying they paid and did not get their orders. Here we only have one guy who says his block was damaged (I doubt it – but I will play along) – DID NOT send it back – DID get a refund AND is getting another block. Shame on me for not keeping better records of tracking info. I usually do not have to keep these in numeric order as I do not have any other problems… This is the only one. So in order to clear my name – I will be sending ANOTHER replacement (even after his refund) and will post the customs number here. SO before you call me a liar – get your facts straight.

I am waiting for conformation from Lee on which free block he needs and will be sending it as soon as he emails me.

However, I am jealous of all of the free time he has to put into promoting FloydUpgrades!

If you are thinking of doing business with one of my copy-cat clones due to this thread – good luck… Take a close look at my reviews and artist list and compare it to the guys who buy my stuff and do a poor job of ripping it off. Wait… that’s not fair… They don’t have artist rosters!

It's cool you're sticking to your guns Adam.I've had 2 great dealings with you and will definitely deal with you again but if it were me,I would find the receipt and shut the fools up.Why go out of pocket for this guy who has spent a good portion of his 27 posts to bash you about something you honestly tried to rectify?

I would rather try and actually help Lee get a decent product into his guitar and improve his tone - even if I lose money on the deal (which I am) - My reputation is far more imortant to me. This guy gets free product and a refund AND wants to drag me through the mud... I had to jump in here - waste my time and try to save face. He is still the only one who has a bad thing to say about me... I will make this guy happy if it kills me!
