I think it was mentioned in a previous post that he ships via USPS, so for the sake of things going forward with this particular customer a UPS or FedEx, or USPS certified mail number and tracking would be the way to go imo to prevent further headache for either party. I'm not here to play judge or jury, because I wasn't there so I don't know, but proof would solve this instantly.
