Until your precious vaccine libs were mostly what made up the anti vax movement. Soccer moms sick of seeing their sons with ADHD and Aspergers thanks to all the mercury and Lord knows what else in the growing number of required vaccines. It hasn't slipped my attention that you could've possibly been negatively affected by a vaccine just judging by your flash powder temper in some of your posts. You strike me as a fella who gets impatient in between steps during a brisk walk.

I doubt it. I think my first shot was back in March of 2021. I probably tossed it out like I do all the paperwork that comes with my daughter's shots. I grew up getting shots at school. I had to get them for college too. I guess the thought of "having to" get another one didn't really seem foreign or weird to me.
At the time of the lockdown I was a facility manager for a state run casino. The amount of things we had to change/amend to open back up was wild. I spent weeks reprogramming the hvac system to meet air exchange requirements, plus all the filtration changes (which IMO was actually a money grab). We had to change foot traffic flow, sanitation procedures, rearrange tables/seating, etc. Almost every single SOP was altered to reopen.
After the casino I went to work for a school district, and that list to reopen was even longer. Having to go through all that made me less inclined to believe the vaccine was anything but just another "hoop" to jump through to get back to work. It seemed no more unnecessary or egregious than anything else that many many businesses had to go through behind the scenes.

Going off about the unproven, fake news BS about vaccines causing autism etc etc...disproven for years now....I guess people like you would like to see measles, mumps, rubella, smallpox, maybe polio thrown in...all come back en force in society? I think your use of "precious vaccine" sort of shows the disconnect we are having here. Most of us who got the shot did not think it was some miracle gift from God illness eradicator. It was just another vaccine that is gonna help you not get sick just like basically ever other vaccine out there.
It's the anti vax people that put it up on a pedestal IMO

Most people had to brag on social media about taking their covid vax, even AL DIMEOLA. It was like being at a celeb event. All the chinless inbred famous yahoos had to tell us we should take our vax and drink our ovaltine. Who the heck has ever posted about getting a mumps vax or a tetanus?

Some of us were very skeptical and acutely aware of the potential hazards, and that was compounded by the mandates and social pressure. You probably tuned all that out, because you never questioned it. I can tell you though, it was very hyped, and the government/media cheerleaders assured us that it was the only way out.

Why would anyone pay attention to the cheerleaders though? We all know the news is full of shit. If it bleeds it leads, everything is sensationalized.
During the lockdown I only remember ever watching when someone was actually giving an address. Cuomo because I worked in NY. Baker because I lived in MA, and then either Trump or Biden. I don’t bother with the bottom feeding talking heads that come on after to “break it down”. Fuck them.

I thought Charlie Baker was kickass through the whole thing. The Feds took all the medical masks so he had someone fly the fucking Patriots jet to China to get his own. That’s ballin.
