Thanks everyone, and thanks Ralph!!! Its good to know there allot of people out there that care about their sound. I meet allot of people that never give it the thought. I will post images when it arrives, and I will soon work on getting audio/video demos out. I also posted a thread about this on the Bare Knuckle forum.

Its true, Ralph is a great guy to do business with. He went out of the way to make getting this amp smoother for me. I am pretty psyched, and looking forward to pushing this head to the limit.

Fortin does incredible magic... Amazing work.

You kinda gave it away for me with the NasT and Evil talk, that just reeked of NATAS and all of Fortins mods :lol: :LOL:

congrats!! i have been eyeing that amp for months. if you decide to let it go, let me know. i run though austin all the time.

I just got it delivered from UPS. I'll add some more images later for now, I'm playing with it, and dialing it in. There are allot of options, definitely not a one trick pony.

What was done.? I don't see extra pots or switches so are they push pull pots or are they on back panel?

This is the only physical thing that you can see. Mike added a Depth knob, and a frequency shift toggle (2 way). The he also modified the power section, pre-amp section, and the boost section of the amp. I believe that he changed the voicing of the gain structure. It sounds really killer, and you can get quite an array of different tones. Pretty awesome really. I can decide on a dedicated setting, so I assume that I will use what ever I feel like in the moment. I don't think I will ever need an overdrive pedal :D. Its got that worked out, plus you don't loose any of the low end. I had the cops called on me today. Guess I need to start treating the room for sound. Basically its a fucking sick amp. Now I'm Skrewed. I have a feeling that this isn't the only Fortin I will own. I will have some audio/video up. It is going to take me a bit, but it will for sure be available soon enough.

Yeah man, the preamp section was completely re-voiced along with power amp and power supply changes. So much gain in this amp and the noise gate flat out kills.

Hey, Thanks again Mike & Ralph. You guys always have my vote. I definitely will be getting Fortin amp with in the year. I know you are busy as hell right now, but when things simmer down, I will be hitting you up Mike. Best amps for what I do period.

As far as clips, they will be coming. I will post in the appropriate place when the time comes. Right now, I'm going through a gear over haul, and giving the recording space sound treatment, and new gear for recording. It might be awhile, maybe by the time that you guys forget, but it will happen with out a doubt.

You got Ralph!!! :2thumbsup: I am enjoying it. This amp has totally been Fortinized (aka Hellafied). It sounds like it is from Hell. I'm glad that I got it, and you are welcome to it any time. It is a nasty piece of gear. Never had an amp that came with teeth, and now I totally understand what the Fortin Snarl is all about. :cheers:
