Pretty much...and this won't change unless enough people stop buying Fortin products. I like my Zuul but I would not ever wire that kind of money to any merchant. Literally no recourse if anything were to happen and the merchant feels like it is a "truly stupid" issue. Not saying that this has happened with Fortin or is likely to, but the attitude in general is off putting.
