The agreement I have with "the girl" is whatever I blow on toys is the same as what she gets. She loves the idea that I want this amp. The agreement is 20 years old and she always ends up with more .... but we do not fight about this stuff. Believe me we have plenty to fight about......
Thanx Mike for the reply. It looks amazing.
No problem Stephen. Looking forward to meeting you some day.

Nice! Green and black reminds me of evil leprechauns.
Thanks Ron, for everything

I'll be sending one out to you next year to have fun with and show around town. I'd appreciate it if you would open her up and give me some feedback on the implementation of the MIDI board.

Mike, you better pray that I win the lotto. If I do, I'll order a Fortin in every tolex color produced by man!
I really wish I had $5,000. I may sell a kidney after the amp-fest
Haha, well if not, that's why I also offer Marshall mods

is anyone recording this ampfest? i want to go, but all i can hope to settle for are awsome videos of the whole thing
We tried last time but they never come out because some numb nuts always rides the volume too high and distorts the camera mic

that would be me

Dude! that video does not show the full capabilities of the amp! honestly! it just shakes the godamn foundation! it's a beast!
I'll be making clips with my band and recording our demo with it when I get it sohopefully you guys will hear it! mind the music though hahahaha
I will say it's not death metal and not super tight machine gun riffage but it's kick ass and sounds good to me! and the Meathead will make it 1 trillion times better!

Looking forward to those clips Chris.
Yeah clips.....love hate relationship with them. Some people solely base their opinions on them and others don't. That's why I try to do little amp fest and more public stuff to come in the new year. The whole feel interaction that you get from playing an amp does not translate at all in clips. Amps are really an extension of your instrument. Best example I can come up with this morning is like when you're on stage, your tone is happening, your guitar neck doesn't feel like fly paper, perfect monitor mix, the rest of the guys are sober and having a good night haha and your just about to go into your extended solo section of the night

NC is not THAT far and you will be able to play amps you will not be able to get your hands on and damn you will see some monster chops there. You will meet some of the coolest guys on the forums as well, I owe a ton to these guys.
I much prefer meeting people face to face then over the internet. Exactly, some monster chops end up at these fest. If at the very least, inspiration hits you to go home a play, then it was all worth it. This is what all this gear and stuff is truly about, making music
For those people that don't particularly dig the my production amps, it doesn't bother me one bit, come down and check out the other excellent amps that will be there. I'll have my Larry Dino, another guy is bringing a Cameron CCV, Dave's bringing his Cameron Modded Marshalls, Bogner Twin Jets.... etc worth the trip out IMO. I don't know of any music store that you'd be able to walk into and blast this array of amps while eating bagels and drinking high alcohol content Canadian beer
