Fractal USB Problems

Why Is FM3 having Issues with no usb recording and the FM9 and Axe 3 not?

I've read what they say on the forums but really hate the vibe on that site anymore, maybe someone can
explain it to a new FM3 buyer that can't record in Logic but the FM9 and axe can?

How is the FM3 set up for recording with your interface/computer?

Are you just using USB for the recordings and not the actual outputs?

I did find there has been issues with people recording through the USB, so you might need to just record using the outputs.

Is the FM3 a brand new one?

If it's a used one, then you might have purchased one with the USB issue.

Im using both and neither work due to an apple update, Its not a cable thing or Fractal thing, well maybe a little fracture thing lol. Apple had a harmless regular update last week or so and wasn't an OS update just a inbetweener and it messed up the USB Compliant connection and now can't record at all, Fractal has talked to them about it and said they will fix in the next update, but whats weird is apple just did one yesterday and It did not fix anything, folks are getting rambunctious over there now with infighting etc...LOL
