Hey, all!
New to the forum, here and I'm lookn' to dig up some details on the Mills Afterburner. I recently ended up with a framus cobra and the only cabs I've matched it with so far were Mesa standard slants. Sounded pretty good to my ears, but everybody and their mothers seem to be rockn' Mesa cabs. More power to em, but I'm looking to open up my horizons a bit. From what I read, Mr. Mills engineered a cab that some refer to as "a much more defined Mesa Oversized". His speaker selection seems interesting enough, but I've never played though Green Backs. I also live in Alaska where trying before buying a cab like this may be out of the question. But that's also how I ended up with the cobra.. And I couldn't be more more thrilled with it. Particularly the clean channel, so I'd like a cab that has the ability to really bring that out, along with the Cobra's nastier side. So I'm curious to know where the Cobra/Mills owners stand on this combo. Though honestly, Dave and his rave reviewers may have already won me over. Thanks, fellas!
