There's talk of that. Jerry going back to Bogner is logical as thats where he started 40+ years ago.
His original Friedman Marsha amps w/ KT-88's were really cool but the amp world has made the jump to light speed since then.
S. Lukather prefers Reinhold as well.

Jerry mentioned in the interview that he dug out the old Bogners at the request of Baressi. Doesn’t sound like it was anything planned on his part, just a spur of the moment thing.

Having a signature amp on the market for 14-15 years feels like an eternity compared to a lot of signature amps.
