For sale: my Friedman BE-100, modded by Dave Friedman himself to JEL-100 specs. Same voice, response, and feel as the highly collectible red JEL-100 amps, at far less than what those go for.
This one actually has a trick the JEL-100 doesn't: a Response knob. The JEL-100 ships with fixed negative feedback, but this amp lets you adjust it. Typical Marshall NFB sits around 1.5/10, which is close to where the JEL is set. Dial it higher on this one and you get tighter, more modern, aggressive sounds with more cut. It covers everything from cleans to crunch to full roar.
Includes the one-button footswitch and TRS cable. Flawless condition, I can't find a scratch on it. The OT legs are bent from shipping but it is cosmetic only and Dave Friedman himself said it is not an issue and to let it rip!
