Friedman Modded Marshall-HBE Clip

Hey guys,

Same slop from me. Let me know what you think both good and bad. Little bit of VH and UFO.

HBE input on this one. Master is at 3 with the gain at 7. Tascam IM2 going into my iPhone. For some reason, when the video uploaded YT compacted the video so don't mind the formatting.

I'm in tonal heaven right now. I can't believe the clarity and low end of this amp with only using 2 speakers and the master on 3.

Dave said my amp is very aggressive sounding and I think he's right.

I waited nine months for it and towards the end I started to regret my decision to have it modded.

When I played it though, all notions of that went out the window.

I'm in love and this is a forever amp. I can only see it making me a better player..

I had an early marsha and i swear the be-100 sounds better.
The marsha had to be cranked to sound good and had more noise.
I hated to give up the cameron atomica to get the brown eye, but it was the right choice.
I love the simple clean too...sounds great!

The thing I love the most about this amp is that it has an extremely low noise floor. It's whisper quiet. The Master Volume is super transparent on my amp too. Even though it behaves like a Plexi, it doesn't go from zero to holy shit in an instant.

I didn't get any clean options on mine. Rolling the volume down still works nicely.

You'll get to rock out on it in no time.

Where are you going in Boston? My girlfriend is going to speak at a trade show this Saturday at the Exposition Center on Summer St.

Your amp sounds really good, I like how you have it dialed in. What speakers are u using? My 75 jmp is en route back from Dave and I hope that it has a low noise floor as yours does. Can't wait!

For this clip, the settings are as follows:
P-6
B-7
M-6
T-8
M-3
G-7
Loop

None of the switches were engaged. I'm also using Scumback BM75's (2 in my 4x12 with the other two bottom holes sealed). They're 65W a piece. G-Major in the loop using a reverb algorithm I made.

The HBE has so much gain and low end orientation to it that the I feel as though the presence needs to be slightly higher in order to cut through.

When I use BE, the presence goes to 4-5 instead. Dave also performed a depth mod on the amp (internally soldered).
