Friedman Modded Plexi-My Review!

My Line 6 sounds just like a Friedman and I only payed 49 bucks from a local dude down the streek. The rythems can sound just like Kiss and my leads are like kirk from Metallica. I cant believe you guys are buying these amps and paying that kind of money when a line 6 does the same darn thing.

Really? I am no Friedman fan boy and I have played the BE100, Friedman-Metro and SS100 and while they are not for me and I think they are slightly overrated, they sound frikin 1000% better than a Line 6?

Can you tell me about the depth control?

I agree that these can do a great fair warning tone. Not too sure about WACF though.

Dave soldered it in so it's hardwired into the circuit. I don't want too much low end but he said that it adds a really rich amount of tight low end.

I made a clip a while back of BE/HBE its on YT land. I'll let others be the judge. I was just playing Dirty Movies the other day and it has that grind going on big time.

Talked to my girlfriend (parents are musicians) and she said this:

Guys fail to notice all of the post production that goes on with VH and that he's always playing with a live band!

That's what most EVH tone chasers miss. Do I chase it: hell yeah! Do I know I'll never sound like him: yes!

Pretty sure it is just a capacitor in series with the -ve feedback resistor. Which just blocks bass signal coming down the -ve feedback line.

Im guessing a 0.0047uF cap with a 47k resistor.
