Short comparison clip of the same riffs....
Great comparison. I feel like they have a lot of tonal overlap. The Wizard sounds more saturated and, probably as a result, even bigger than the Fryette. Both sounds articulate and tight.
Same cab. Using the KHE switcherWas it different cabs ?
UL First, MTL secondWhich was the second one?
I thought it must be the mtl second. Their is something about the sound. It is like "Alertness" that all wizards have. ha. sounded like my 800 a bitUL First, MTL second
Both sound killer but the Wizard has more bite and harmonic content and I'm sure more punch.
WizardWhich was the second one?
You seem inspired to play the Fryette after almost selling . Great video fr , I plan to buy a FB cab next
And you’re close enough to get them too. Glad I pulled them downI got excited about your Fryette sale because I want a FB cab. Then I saw local, packaged deal…….and then you came to your senses.
Definitely! Video helps frA FB friend was asking about the two. He’s a big Fryette fan so I’m trying to get him to check out a Wizard. Hopefully you get some sense of the FB cab in that clip.
How do you like those Fanes compared to the P50E or even a V30? What would you compare them to? I've yet to try out those speakers.Oh. I forgot to mention...this is straight in, no boost, through the Fat Bottom/Fane F70 cab
