So I have been looking at chorus pedals and from what I have heard I have it narrowed down to two for me .
Fulltone choralflange
Thought it sounded good for 80's chorus stuff .

Or
GNI analog dual stereo chorus .
I also thought it sounded great as well .

I can get a new GNI for 215.00

I found a new Fulltone for 319.00
Is the Fulltone worth the extra coin ?

If you have one let me know your thoughts ?

I do know the choralflange is discontinued .
Thanks
Jim

I don't know about the GNI
Regardless of my personal opinion, the Choralflange is highly regarded
But I see them all the time for less than 200$, they're fairly easy to find used

I had one for a while. It was nice but nondescript.
I liked the Analogman better.

We're talking Major Leagues chorus here

I also like:
Diamond Halo
Retro-Sonic (if you see one used at a good price, snatch it)
MIJ Boss CE-2

I liked the diamond halo as well sounds sweet !!
There is a video on YouTube and the guy uses a choralflange does whitesnake is this love and dream theater another day clean parts sounds amazing to me that's what made me want one.

I'm not sure what major league means.

I've tried and owned many booteek chorus pedals and I use a CE-5. Just prefer it.
I like that it's subtle and narrow.

Chorus on the Choralflange is great, but definitely analog. The flanger side sux IMHO.

I had the CF at one time and kept it for a few years. It was nice, but not worth the money IMO. I lost my ass on the resale value. Maybe thats changed now if they are discontinued?

So I got a fulltone choralflange from rcm78
Have not had much time to mess with it sounds ok
I need more time to tweak the knobs .
Then I will know .
By the way thanks Ralph !!

So I'm noticing that with more amp volume the chorus seems to come to life .
I think it sounds very nice !!

I had one and it is a good unit. The flange part was not that great, but I heard they are upgrading the pedal. I just use the Boss CE-2 or CE-3 for Chorus and the Boss BF-2 or EVH Flanger for flanger effects.

Hey no problem. Nice easy deal. Thanks again...

I use a Red Witch Empress Chorus. they're not cheap but sound great!

The 90's reissue of the ADA Flanger is my personal favorite, along with the original MXR. Providence Anadine for chorus.

Yes the flange is a little weak and does not get the van halen type flanging .
I bought it mainly for the chorus , I like it .
I will at some point get a evh flanger .
From the sound clips I heard the other chorus pedals I liked
Diamond halo
Gni dual analog stereo chorus

I don't use chorus that often but at times for certain cleans I like the sparkle or shimmer it adds .
